In 2013 Sharon Mount became the proprietor of a small mentoring service. As she developed relationships with schools, virtual schools, social services, parents and other professionals, the service evolved to include tuition sessions.
A number of children and young people with special educational needs were referred to the service for short periods of intervention, many of which remained with the service longer than the original intention.
Due to the success of these students, the service continued to expand and now has four strands:
